The reason it is not highly recommended is that infants might not get enough vitamin E, D, C ,  iron and essential fatty acids. Cow’s milk also has a high concentration of sodium, potassium and has three times more proteins than human milk which generates an overuse of the hepatic cells.  </p>
<p><strong>Cow’s milk does not contain the necessary quantity of carbohydrates</strong> and thus it is necessary to use sugar additives (and it is a known fact that sugar might have undesired side effects on children due to the fact that it may lead to obesity).</p>

<p>Infants fed cow’s milk may develop severe health problems such as chronic anaemia (due to the low iron content and its poor absorption brought about by the high quantity of proteins) or the overuse of the body’s excretory functions on only one kidney (due to the high quantity of proteins, sodium and potassium ).</p>
<p><strong>Physicians recommend that infants be fed breast milk or iron-fortified formula during the first year of life.</strong> Between 4 - 6 months, certain solid foods may be added such as smashed fruits ( except pears , prunes, strawberries and raspberries ).</p>

Depression, in layman’s language is the diminished ability of an individual to feel any sort of pleasure of happiness. It leads to various depressive periods in which people have often been reported to be in suicidal moods. A manic-depressive is some one who suffers from the bipolar disorder. Patients of the bipolar disorder suffer from various and extreme mood swings. The mood of such a patient changes from euphoria to that of deep depression, and then again to mania. Such an individual is normally hyper active in nature and tends to be extremely euphoric at times. 3. <strong>Mango</strong>. This mask is efficient even for mixed skins if we boil in milk two spoons of mango pulp and we add one spoon of honey, one of yoghurt and one of tomato juice. The mask is to be applied for 20 minutes. After that we wash it away with warm water. Finally, we put on a night cream.  </p>
